Troys Global International was founded by Esther Dangosu in 2013, A young mom who flew to study in Indonesia. After graduation she fell in love with fashion for kids because of her son and decided to open an online store, which later expanded to adults wears and other apparels.
With a Bachelors in Business Adminstration USQ Australia, Esther has comprehensive experience in all facet of marketing and communication and managing a global business. having a global mindset she oversees creative practices of the operations across the globe. Esther curently calls Indonesia home, having ventured here from Nigeria roughly 5 years, has worked with International names in marketing like Nu-skin. Esther works in Troys Global in building company image around the globe, by collaborating with customers, government, community organizations, and employees; enforcing ethical business practices. Her policies are simply she's easy going and puts customers first. Esther is results driven, self-motivated and resourceful managing director with a proven ability to develop and strengthen management teams in order to maximise company profitability and efficiency. she's experience in leading and growing all sectors of a business to make it a dynamic and progressive organisation, and also possesses excellent communication skills and able to establish sustainable and profitable relationships with customers, suppliers and stakeholders across the world.
